ANR JCJC

The French National Research Agency (ANR) is a public administrative institution under the authority of the French Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation. Founded in 2005, the ANR promotes French project-based research and stimulate innovation by promoting the emergence of collaborative multidisciplinary projects. It also aims to strengthen the position of French research at European level and worldwide. The Young Researchers program (JCJC) intends promoting young scientists and helping them develop their own research themes, set up or consolidate research teams and give them the opportunity to rapidly express innovative initiatives by giving them strong support.

FCT

Fundação para a Ciência e a Tecnologia (FCT) is the Portuguese public agency that supports science, technology and innovation, in all scientific domains, under responsibility of the Ministry for Science, Technology and Higher Education. Founded in 1997, succeeding the Junta Nacional de Investigação Científica e Tecnológica (JNICT), FCT promotes the advancement of knowledge in science and technology in Portugal, attain the highest international standards in quality and competitiveness, in all scientific and technological domains, and encourage its dissemination and contribution to society and to economic growth.

Fyssen

The aim of the FYSSEN Foundation  is to encourage “all forms of scientific inquiry in cognitive mechanisms, including thought and reasoning, which underly animal and human behavior; their biological and cultural bases, and phylogenetic and ontogenetic development”. The Foundation encourages all the researches relative to the capacities to reason and more widely in the cognitive processes to animals and man as well as in the biological and cultural foundations of these processes.

The Fyssen foundation has funded the projectOrigine et premières diffusions du pavot somnifère en Europe au Néolithique” (Subvention de recherche 2017).

SNSF

The Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF) funds excellent research at universities – from physics to medicine to sociology. Thousands of teams are generating knowledge for a better future for all. Together with our partners, we play a key role in shaping research in Switzerland.
